Alex & Elena, Caretaker & Housekeeper
Alex is originally from the Orange Walk district & Elena from Punta Gorda, but they have lived on the island for many years with experience working at several hospitality locations. They have been helping with Wilson Point since 2021, prior to its opening. Elena (aka “Miss E”!) will greet you on arrival plus keep the house spic & span with daily housekeeping. Upon prior arrangement, she could make you a delicious dinner also (costs paid directly to Elena). Alex keeps everything in working order and maintains the beautiful grounds. If you’d like a freshly cut coconut, Alex would be happy to help you out! They live on site and work daily, with Sundays & holidays off. You will surely meet their small dog Reeve & cat Wilson also!
Manolo, Cab Driver Extraordinaire
Manolo is our cab driver of choice — always there when you need him! We’d be happy to arrange to have you met you at your arriving San Pedro flight or water taxi to take you to the house–it’s always nice to have a friendly face meeting you! He is also just a phone call away should you need one or more taxi vans (that fit up to 6 people each!) while on the island. Fare between the house & town is US$20 per cab (cash only). Tours & Excursions
Specializing in private excursions, Guevara Tours has been helping (& wowing!) Wilson Point guests since the very beginning. Whether you want to fish, snorkel, visit Caye Caulker or Secret Beach; or maybe do a mainland tour to see Maya ruins, zipline, cave tube, or more, Erick & his crew can help you out! They know the Wilson Point on site staff well and will pick you up/drop you off for your tour (for many excusions at the neighboring dock!).
Juanita, Masseuse
Juanita has 20+ years of massage experience & will come to the house for an indoor or outdoor (pier or beach) Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Relaxing massage, complete with acupressure techniques and aromatherapy. If you’d like a couple´s massage, Juanita’s sister will join her to get you both fully relaxed! Cash only
Chef/cook services:
Have a meal (or several!) prepared for you! As mentioned above, housekeeper Elena can make a delicious home cooked dinner (or a couple!) for you. You will be connected with Elena via WhatsApp about a week prior to your check-in date & those arrangements can be worked out directly with Elena. If you’d like breakfast, brunch or lunch prepared for you, please let us know & we can recommend another cook.
