From the US (Maryland & Massachusetts), Rosa has many years of Ambergris Caye experience and has a small company called Helping Hands. You’ll be introduced via email to Rosa after your booking is confirmed and she would be happy to help you (at no extra cost) with tours & excursions!

Cecelia & Ezequiel, Concierge team
Ezequiel (originally from Cayo) and Cecelia (from Corozal) have been working in tourism for years all over Belize and have been living on Ambergris Caye with their sons since 2021. Ezequiel will greet you on arrival to the property & both will help you with whatever you may need during your stay. They will help make sure your Belize adventure is your best yet!

Carlos, Cab Driver
Carlos is your guy when you need a cab driver! He will greet you on arrival to San Pedro upon arrangement and make sure you get to your accommodations safely. Need a lift during your stay? Carlos is just a phone call away; his taxi van fits up to 6 passengers plus luggage. Cell/WhatsApp: +501 671 4446; (cash only) fare between town and: Casa Coccoloba — US$10; Miramar Villas — US$15; and La Perla Azul or the El Estero condos — US$25.

Cesare, Caretaker
Originally from Orange Walk on the mainland, Cesare has been in San Pedro since 2006 & working with Miramar since 2008. The pool, buildings & landscaping is kept in tip-top shape thanks to Cesare–you’ll see him out on the grounds working hard! (When you do, ask Cesare about his favorite Belizean dish!) Cesare can also help if you want to use kayak or play corn hole. 🙂

Yesme, Housekeeper
Originally from Guatemala, Yesme has been living on Ambergris Caye since she was a teenager & has been working in tourism for many years. You may not see her during your stay, but you’ll know she has been there when you see how clean your accommodations are on arrival! If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay (at your own expense), that is easily arranged (either with Yesme or her assistant Olga).

Mobile Spa/Masssage
Looking for some pampering right at your accommodations? You are in good hands with either Marfa or Laura! Either can bring a team as well if multiple people would like spa services at the same time. Please ask for rates depending on the vendor & service; some may be cash only.
*Marfa is a San Pedrana who offers massage, facials, mani/pedis, etc. Reach her via WhatsApp.
