This second floor 2880 square foot condo has a fabulous view of the sea — enjoy coffee, drinks & meals from the large veranda while gazing at the Caribbean!

Miramar Villa #8 has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area including dining area with table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. The wrap-around covered veranda has an area for dining as well as furniture for relaxing; many guests have found spending time here to be the highlight of their stay!

The principal bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and veranda access. The second bedroom has a queen (with private sink/vanity) and the third bedroom has two twins (each with trundle; if using the trundles, you could have 4 twins in this room, or the 2 trundles can be made in to a king bed between the two twins); these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath (stall shower has a handheld) and are towards the back of the condo. There is also a half bath off the entry hall & two futons in the living room if needed for extra sleeping spots. The washer & dryer are just outside the front door (& for exclusive use of this unit).

Miramar Villas are located in a quiet beachfront area south of town with a couple of restaurants & other businesses within walking distance. Miramar condo amenities can be seen here. Note there is no elevator in the building.
