Maximum guest numbers: This house sleeps up to 8 total people (adults & children); note any guest sleeping in the top bunk should be a child. Non-registered guests not permitted on the property (for example, no non-registered guests in the pool, for meals, etc) unless previously approved.
Damages: Guest is responsible for paying for any damages to the property caused by their party.
Check in: 3 pm / Check out: 10 am
No smoking, vaping, or pets; neighborhood quiet time is 10 pm.
No third party bookings
From an insurance & parking perspective Wilson Point does not permit outside carts on the property.
Please note, when booking via this website, you’ll be asked to digitally sign a rental agreement, make the deposit payment, and upload a copy of your ID (to combat credit card fraud). The rental agreement signature & credit card used must be in the same name. The ID number can be redacted from the copy uploaded as long as name & address are clearly visible.

Non-peak:
50% deposit to reserve; balance due 31 days before arrival
Cancellations:
-Full refund (less $200 cancellation fee OR less 5% of total amount paid up that point, whichever is higher) for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival date.
-50% refund of full rental cost (less $200 cancellation fee) for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival date.
-No refund for cancellations 30 days or less before arrival date.
Peak Season (December/January holidays):
50% deposit to reserve; balance due 62 days before arrival
Cancellations:
-Full refund (less $200 cancellation fee OR less 5% of total amount paid up that point, whichever is higher) for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival date.
-No refund for cancellations 60 days or less before arrival date.
